Using RCT, hammer technique focused on trying to move string and pin simultaneously. High mid section.
This series of videos was made to illustrate ideas I presented in a long discussion on tuning hammer technique, which I compiled here: my.ptg.org/blog.... Essentially the idea is to approach pitch from below, always, and to manipulate the tuning hammer so that the pitch starts to change at the same instant the tuning pin begins to turn in the pinblock.
