Does it matter whether you tune the lower or higher notes first?

I have spoken to several harp teachers about this, and they all do it differently. I tend to do all of the Gs first, then the Cs, then F,D,A and E strings. Just my way of spreading things around, and I'm pretty sure that it's no more effective than any other method. I just like doing it this way,
