I learned this from Tunisian people and now I enjoy to cook this delicious meal nearly every week.
Ingredients for 3 Brik:
1 union
2 piece of garlic
1 canned tuna in oil
3 eggs
Parsley
Olives
Capers
Cheese
Brik paper (Malsouka)
Black pepper and salt
