freelance visa is better if you are a freelancer, freezone company if you run a business. Freelance visa also has income requirements etc

Thanks for the guide 👍How long did it take you before you were able to transfer your tax residence from the UK to the UAE ? I heard that it usually takes 5 month before you can get a proof of UAE tax residency.. Thx !

You don’t need proof of tax residence in UAE to be tax resident. You cease to be tax resident in UK the day you leave - provided you do things properly (book a free call with us and we can help do that)
