My kid asked me about Tupac and Biggie and was surprised to find out that those legendary hip hop artists were only in their 20's when they were murdered. Yeah, it's incredible how much they accomplished and how legendary they became even if their lives only spanned 20-something years.

Knowing the story, but having the ability to convict with the premise of knowing you’ll get a conviction is different. Had anyone been taken to court when they had the actors names, no one would have ratted on them. No video or actual evidence, just hearsay. I do find it curious that LVMPD actually took Keefe D into custody, but he’s essentially admitted being in the car and handling the gun for a few years now (~5). The shooter died the following year (1997). Only Keefe D is the guy living out of four who were in that Cadillac. Keefe D admitted his involvement in a Proffer agreement with LAPD and subsequently did interviews saying he was in the car. He even told an author his story for a biography and told the story about that night. The proffer agreement gave Keefe D some immunity for the murder, but anything he said outside that proffer agreement could be used against him, as the agreement is not an immunity deal. It’s a sealed interview. Also, this detective, or someone involved released the proffer audio which is supposedly not supposed to be made public. The charge against Keefe D seems kinda pointless now. I don’t know if Vegas law allows him to be convicted of actual murder or accessory or what. It’ll be interesting to see what transpires, but I still want to think they have more evidence. It’s one gang member who told a story, no gun, no car, no honest witnesses, nothing else.

@Fcreceptor no the shooter was not Orlando Anderson....it was Deandre "Big Dre" Smith, he was sitting in the back of the Cadillac on the side of the car that Pac's car was on and he was 6ft6 (weighed 380pounds) so Orlanda couldn't get a clean shot and Big Dre didn't want the shells going off in his face with Orlando leaning over him so Deandre took the gun and shot Pac.....at the time Keefe D initially named his nephew Orlando was because Orlando was dead at the time and Deandre was still alive. Hopefully Keefe at least tells the truth now.

@Foreceptor I read your reply and I find it very unfortunate that We All see plenty of convictions when all detectives have are pieces to the puzzle. But they take those pieces and get confessions ALL THE TIME. I BELIEVE THEY DIDNT TRY... NOT HARD ENOUGH! THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE ARE CONVICTED EVERY DAY ON CIRCUMSTANTIAL CASES. I am not the one to make excuses, but not being from this country originally, he lacks the understanding, and intricacies of the effects of slavery, JIm Crow, and systematic racism. He would do well to interview someone like Dr. Claude Anderson, Dr Boyce Watkins, Tavis Smiley, as well as a slew of other who could properly articulate our struggle. T. Brown, the alleged driver of the white Cadillac involved in this shooting, was not the driver according to eyewitness Kadafi, who gave a detailed description of the driver, 1 of 3 shooters. Kadafi described the driver as being light-skinned, bald-headed, light-moustache, looked like a bitch because he was soft in the face, wearing a white hat. That does not fit T. Brown. Orlando went to the hospital with a dislocated shoulder and they put his arm in a sling (according to Keefe D), plus eyewitnesses said the dark skinned arm shooting from the back seat was a larger arm. An amalgamation of eyewitness accounts reveal that there were 3 shooters - driver, back seat passenger (main shooter) and front seat passenger. A light-skinned gang member fitting the description Kadafi gave, allegedly confessed in 1998, to being the driver and 1 of 3 shooters (none mentioned by Keefe D), hired for an in-house hit on Pac and Suge. This confession was given in a letter to a reporter early June 1998, days after Keefe D was imprisoned (May 28, 1998), and Orlando was deleted (May 29, 1998), because he allegedly feared he would get hit next. Was Keefe D given a Proffer Agreement to keep the real identities of the shooters hidden, but he got tired of watching cops profit from the lies he was forced to tell so he decided to go off script and force a trial to reveal the truth? @@Loobylooto2

Why Russell Poole didn't discover all this ...if it were so simple after all these yrs...I don't believe it was that...police officer were highly involved..."the same manner u can manipulate ppl to talk...the same way u can manipulate them not to talk , or talk the story on a guided path"

So lets get this straight: Greg Kading (an LAPD officer) magically comes to the conclusion that the LAPD had no involvement in Wallace’s murder. Nevermind the fact that LAPD officer David Mack was a confirmed member of the Bloods, had the exact same vehicle used in the shooting of Wallace, had a literal shrine to Tupac in his garage, AND was the off duty bodyguard for Suge Knight at the exact time of Wallace’s murder....it was all just a random coincidence. And oh yeah: also nevermind the fact that Mack’s LAPD partner (Rafael Perez, the guy who went to federal prison for being a drug king pin and killer, was also a confirmed member of the bloods, and served as Knight’s bodyguard at the exact time as Wallace’s death) has disappeared. And oh yeah: also nevermind the fact that the agent (Poole) who was prepared to expose the corruption of the LAPD and alleged that officers Mack & Lopez were at the center of the Wallace killing....dies mysteriously in police custody. All of this is just a random coincidence....the real killer is a just a guy from the hood named “Pookie.” Right. How about we do ourselves a favor and simply tell the truth: Wallace was killed by two rogue LAPD officers (Mack/Lopez) who were also undercover bloods and members of Knight’s bodyguard team.
