Why didn’t you use the blue jug to heat it? I didn’t think the milk frother is microwave safe?

The plunger isn't microwave safe, but the jug & lid is. The vent on the lid must be open. I didn't even need to use the blue pitcher. Just fill to the line on the frother jug & microwave.
