Will it feed heathy portions for 3 people?

We have good size servings with the three of us here. I measured out the Sausage White Bean soup and it measured out around 9 cups. That's from 3 qt. The Pressure Cooker is 2 qt in size. Next recipe I do in it, I'll measure.
