तुरई की सब्जी ऐसे बनाएंगे तो बड़े और बच्चे उंगलियां चाट चाट कर खाएंगे | Turai Ki Sabzi | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
1 kg turai
3 onion
4 tomato
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tbsp chop garlic
curry leaves
2 tbsp masoor dal
1 spoon ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp degi mirch powder
salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chop green chilli
chop coriander
.300 gm basmati rice salt to taste
1 tbsp desi ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
whole spices
