I had one live for 60k miles behind a 300 hp 302. The car only weighs 2450, and never had a tire bigger than a 225/60 15 tho. Torque boxes ripped out in '99, been parked ever since. It was working good when the rear u- joint snapped.

Slow restoration has a 2500hd 4x4 quad cab 6.0 with a 7875 remote mount, runs 11's and tows a trailer with tractors and other heavy mess on it. Stock 6.0 with nothing but the Cleetus dumpster fire cam and stock 4l80e with HD2 kit and a converter. Never thought I would see the day when a work truck that actually looks like a work truck blowing away real hotrod cars or towing a hotrod that's slower than the tow rig

The truck is so civil when your driving it. The speedo just climbs right up into the way too fast on a side street territory in no time flat. I would almost venture to call this sensible mechanics🤣 Wheres Tom at! We need a Thunderbolt Vs Work truck shoot out! ... or just synchronized rolling burnouts would suffice.

A single GT35 on a 6L isn't the best idea a GT45 or 7875 from VS is a better place to start unless you get a second GT35 and go twin. You don't need turbo headers, use the stock manifolds flipped or backwards.

Depends on goals, build, power, and room in your vehicle
@hendo3374 жыл бұрын
3" with a single on a 4.8-6.0 is smallest to make power without crazy restriction, 3.5-4" is more ideal for efficiency in the 500-800whp neighborhood that is Sloppy, mainly driveline strength and traction are more important to a set of goals than 1,000+whp.
