Turbo Build for the C6! On3 kit PT1 Disassembly and Intercooler Install

Hey guys, i bought an On3 turbo kit for the C6. I still need to buy some odds and ends such as injectors / BAP, and some others. this is not going to be a how to it’s just gonna be showing the progress and some issues i run into to help others if they buy this kit. this is my first turbo build ever so bear with me. i hope to have the build done in the next 3 months so plenty of content will be up. subscribe for more

The bolts for that header are easier to get from underneath the car. Looking good so far.

I had exact same experience with my speed engineering full exhaust. It fits good but its insanely hard to get it together.... I almost cut an inch of couple pipes to get it together but somehow got it on without doing that lol.

hell yeah i’m excited. and nope no need, turbos run off exhaust so there’s no risk on the crank pulley
