I actually traded in my uforce 1000 a few weeks back, but I still follow your page because you make great content. Not one bad thing to say about the brand and would definitely buy another in the future. If you ever decide to branch off and do more aftermarket parts for the other brands I’d 100 percent buy from you over the others! Keep up the awesome content and builds!

If you started your big hole with a larger hole saw you could have just run that deep enough to make a groove for an o-ring and then made the hole with the correct size saw and you would still have the pilot hole for the saw to follow. Different way to skin a cat

I appreciate what you are doing and I hope it is a success. I have a 950 ex ho and will consider it if it works out. A few thoughts I'm going to throw out for what it's worth. Could you take the kit that goes on the YXZ and and adapt it? That one seems well thought out and might save you some headache. The other thing I would do if I had the (knowledge, time, experience, shop, etc...) would be go toward the Procharger centrifugal super charger with intercooler to simplify things and show the "other guys" a different path. The procharger people have a wealth of experience and I bet they would share. lmagine the tuneability by just replacing pulleys! Plus the driveability. Just sayin'

Nicely done! Im wondering if a diverter valve would make more sense instead of the BOV. Only because it would be a continuously OPEN circuit instead of continuously closed. Might be better for idling/drivability. Great video! Most people dont understand the time and effort going into these. Really appreciate you.

About time Steve.😂😂 love it question are you going to be using a intercooler? If not you don’t need a blow off valve, just do a return system.

As always, great work, Steve!!❤ Having installed a turbo on a cfmoto, and getting to know the ups and downs of it, do you think a supercharger on a zforce 1000 1st gen, would be possible, or worth it? Thanks!

The seals on the turbo are going to blow because of that oil return. Can't have oil feeds go back up hill or you will get blow by on the seals quickly.

Not bad but having to run a secondary scavenger oil pump because of the turbo oil drain is useless 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ You're definitely going to need an intercooler on there or it's going to have pre-ignition ping ping problems

No need for a intercooler for 5-8lbs boost.
