Of course after I get the ‘24, they add lane centering. Sounds about right

I dropped off my 2021 CX-5 for service this morning at one of our local dealerships. They had a 2025 CX-50 Turbo Premium in Zircon Sand right next to the service drop-off, and I really liked it! I am getting very close to the lease end on my car, and I wouldn't mind getting into that CX-50. I wouldn't be losing any of the features that I have in my GT w/ Premium Package. However, the big incentives are on the 2024 models, particularly the nice $2,000 lease-to-lease incentive. This dealership only has a handful of 2024s left, and all the rest are all Preferred except for one standard Turbo. I see some other dealerships still have a few 2024s that I would like, so maybe I'll have to pay them a visit. Or I can hope that Mazda will extend the incentives to the 2025s next month. Of course, then the Hybrid might be around or close enough to know more info. But I think I still want to look at how a CX-70 or CX-90 leases because the incentives are very generous on those, particularly the PHEVs. Decisions, decisions...

No don’t I had a 2023 50 for 7 months and bought a Volvo. It’s horrible

These 20" wheels look great but it also contradicts the whole off-road focused image & capabilities of the CX-50 since this trim still has the excessive black plastic cladding. If this is supposed to a Premium trim of the CX-50 with 20" rims that have little sidewall, this version is never going off roading unless these were 18 or 19" wheels with that design. So Mazda might as well body color paint match the plastic cladding on the trims with these 20" wheels

agree. this is one reason we went with the non-turbo premium, beefy 17 inch wheel on our 2024, the meridian edition, which is nice, has turbo and 18 inch, wasn't quite available when we bought in early 2024 but it is now!

I am deciding between Wind chill pearl vs Machine grey , which one will hold up better against stone chips etc. When you will have the hybrid one review? that will be my next car.

If the grey is a light grey you’re good with either or, if it’s a darker grey you should go with the white. Good luck!!

Honestly, Mazda's prices are getting a little absurd. It would be nice if Mazda would make a more affordable turbo model based on the Select trim. I really don't need the extra gimmicks of the higher trims...well it's also frustrating how long it's taking to get stuff like a hybrid CX-30 or Mazda 3. The already revealed CX-50 hybrid is also taking forever to get to dealers and the lowest hybrid trim is still too expensive

The stop/start is a deal breaker & huge disappointment. Is there also cylinder deactivation? The 24 CX5 is the best without either so the engine can last forever.
