hey i think that you should get the things that you paint with the heat resistant clear coat in the oven for it to dry properly and be resistant the one you get doesnt work like that because i dindt do it once and well... it went all black and it craked in a lot of sites and it isnt a place soo hot like yours

You put on your orange gloves backwards the grip side goes palm side, smooth side is the out/backside of the glove. Lol

Awesome work! But one thing, you should of covered the intake ports when you where cutting into the steel braided line, also blown out the braided lines so no contamination goes into the turbo nor the head.

If those are the outlets and inlets for the heater core that you are plumbing into won't you not get flow without the thermostat open? That means you won't be doing any turbo cooling until your up to temperature (turbo will likely be way too hot at that point

the ka was never ment to be in the s chasis its a truck motor but nissan was getting low on time and didnt want to develop a whole nother egine for the chasis so the used the ka out of the nissan pickup
