I totally blanked on that, thank you for reminding me and everyone of that! Tera actually is useful in that scenario! I think a lot of people forget that they have built in bench barrier as I did in that scenario or any scenario cause we’re so used to manaphy lol

With Lost Box decks like this, you have to play vs certain decks that run manaphy 1 of 2 ways. 1. You either will play it out with just using things like raikou/cram/dragonite to take prizes and set up more prizes for sabaleye to take. 2. if you want to take the game with kyogre, you need to keep track of your opponents recovery cards and also have access to something like roxanne the turn before you kyogre. Usually you’ll roxanne your opponent to 2, sableye the manaphy so it’s KO’d and you hope that they can’t recover it and find a way to set it up again. It’s important to make sure you give yourself enough time to deal with the manaphy/your opponent possibly recovering it I hope this helps, I’ll have a more in depth explanation in a video today, going over the list that won Peoria !

Awesome deck. I don't have Raikou V, is he replaceable? If he is what should I play instead?

It can be replaced it’s just tough. it just makes your lugia matchup a bit better because of weakness but also 220 for a single gate usage is pretty good. If you were going to replace it, you could try adding in another dragonite so you have another big hitter still or you can try to add a pidgeot V so that way you can shuffle it back with stone attached and have a stone user and your opponent can’t benefit off it and vaccum it away in the mirror.
