Kyle, please for the love of God do not cut holes in the body of that Odyssey. No one will think it's a sleeper if there is a giant hole in the fender. Electric cutout all the way, don't be stuck with it having to be loud ALL the time. You have plenty of those types of builds, and they are great. This is not one of them. It will literally ruin the entire premise of your build. I've been watching your channel from the very, very beginning, and this is my first comment on it. First rule of sleepers...Stock as possible exterior! I was doing budget / ghetto 4G63T DSM builds when I was your age, it really brings me back; Keep it up. Also, know who your friends are; I saw you had a fallout with Charlie & some others. If they ever mature, genuinely apologize, etc; Let them back into your life. +BoostedBoiz I got it!! NO FENDER EXAUST!! you need to keep it "soccer mom van" sleeper stylish! Do the exit hidden straight down infront of front wheel! AND! it still need to go shou-shou.... so, if you mount a BOW, mount a electronic valve on the vaccum line so you can turn the BOW on and off ;) soccer mom van = Full system and no BOW, silent and goes a litle shou-shou... Race van = straight piped and BOW so the boost stays up. What do you think of that? :)

what i would do with that big Holset turbo is use it for a twin setup. if you have a smaller turbo kickin around then do a custom manifold to mount the 2 turbos on. run the smaller turbo on wastegate and once it hits wastegate have the dump feed just below the flange of the big turbo to help spool it. quick bottom end boost followed by massive top end. wouldnt strain the little one out at all. would be a nice showcase of Fab work

The Volvo Whiteblock i6 can take 1000hp if you fill the groves in the block, has to be the 2.5l block (81mm bore is stronger than 83mm) and the 3l crank, buy some H-beam conrods and take T5 pistons from the 850R, then a huge turbo. Also has to swap a manual in it, get a ZF BMW tranny from a E46 335D or somethingand weld the bellhousing to fit the Whiteblock. Get the clutch from a 850R too or a Sachs 707 from some Audi. This creates a 2.8 liter straight 6 turbo monster that most likely can make 1200hp. The i6 is in the Volvo 960. I'm trying to get one. It may be a "new" thing in the States but here in Sweden it's the LS of engines, also the i5 is amazing, that sound too. The i5 is also strong as fuck. Best thing is the engines are more or less the same, so what I've written applies to the i5 and i4 Whiteblocks.

I like the fender idea but you could always go back and do it. For now you should keep it as sleeper like as you can but do the exhaust and dump pipe in a way that you could do the fender dump whenever you get tired of it as a sleeper and you wanna get rowdy. i love the idea of full sleeper minivans tho, so you do what you want.

If thats an hx35/40 it could use a Bulleye performance hotside. those guys make different hotsides for the hx, a lot of dsm guys love this set up and are able to make full boost at around 4.5-5 grand on a 2 liter with the dam specific hotside. Its like 350 and will allow you to spool it on a 4 clyinder and they have different sizes and glanges like a .70ar t3 flanged with 3 inch v band out. That thing would be killer and great for oodles of power... just an option as well

You should have used a t6 flange for the van. High rpm power so you don't have to worry about blowing the tires off on the line. Roll racing, you could brake boost to build the boost and let her rip. It would be a nice dyno queen also. You went with a better turbo, but you knew someone was donating it just for the project not something else

if you want to build a sleeper you either have to go full stealth or full RICE, RICE it so much that nobody can take you seriously until they see it run. But I would stick with the soccer mom build theme. You shouldn't hear any exhaust or spool on idle.

Nice job on the manifold layout guys. Here's the truth about back purge,yes it is stronger,but it's not the main reason for the purge the reason is,so you tig welds don't rust from the inside out,and it most definitely will and you know what is going to happen to your turbo when a pcs of that rust or all the porosity that is inside (and there will be porosity inside because it was not shielded from the atmosphere) it all gets pushed right into your turbo leading to catastrophic failure, I have seen this happen more then once guy. You did a killer job laying the manifold out,don't turn it into a turd and take the chance of trashing a turbo and costing yourself a lot more money over a few pcs of tape and a little extra gas to purge ALL YOUR STAINLESS TUBE TIG WELDS. LOVE THE CHANNEL AND KEEP THEM BIULDS COMING GUY. WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU GO THE EXTRA MILE ON THESE KIND OF THINGS, WITH ALL DO RESPECT,

My 2cents on the dump pipes....... i think you should keep the body integrity intact to keep the Odyssey as sleeper as it gets. perhaps you could merge the dump into the current exhaust setup, or throw it under / behind the right tire or something.... i really think keeping the body intact would be the overall best idea, due to it being a 600hp odyssey in the making. i was also reading someone else's comment- That would be hilarious to run a pipe to the back and stick it on a stock exhaust muffler (dual mufflers). not only would it imitate a ricer look, but it would have serious function and be ironic in every way possible

Quick spool valve. It's a divided housing, block off one scroll of the housing until it hits 4-5psi of boost. Just force all the exhaust though one half of the turbo to make it spool up quicker.

HondamanFG2 Vtec that works great when it's a divided manifold on a divided exhaust housing, which to date they haven't done.

I would do a full exhaust and then have the wastegate just dump somewhere at the front. Will make the car quiet until you make full boost and since the rest of the exhaust wouldn't be that loud depending on what muffler setup you have. Then the wastegate flutter would be super loud and apparent.
