This is actually my dream build B5 S4 VR6 boosted Wookie. You first had me wanting to get a b5 and single turbo it like yours but man this is a whole other level. Can’t wait for that excel sheet and it’s still Quattro too! When I do ever do this build I’m in Jersey I’ll definitely be seeing you many blessings!

I've probably missed it, but what are you using for engine management and how does it pass emissions? Trying to figure out a way to have working OBD on a swap like this.

Hey man. I’m using MAXXECU Race. It does not pass emissions lol. But you could have OEM engine management in place to have OBD2 and be able to pass, while having the standalone actually run the motor. Or you can have your stock ECU tuned/modified to run the VR6. Luckily the sensors are similar and it’s a 6 cylinder.

Thanks! No numbers yet, car will hit the dyno this winter. But with driving the car around the VR6 is much more responsive with the larger turbo when what I experienced in the 2.7t with large hybrids or single turbo
