What turbo kit do you have and how much boost are you running?

K&T premium kit. It was running 12 psi this weekend. I have had it on 18 psi and race gas and it ripped. Just need to dial that tune in more before I rip it hard.

My brother just picked up a 23 ss.. how do you like the turbo? I was actually surprised by how it pulls up to like 50 or so.. I’m looking at a 24 with the dealer installed gytr.. should I just go for right off rip? *edit- his is n/a this is why I was surprised because people were saying say they’re slow.. definitely isnt slow .. even with lower horsepower. It’s going to transfer More with a manual transmission than them piece of shit cvts do

Once you go turbo you cant go back! NA they do really good. The 24 with a 6 speed and a turbo would be awesome but I have not drove a 6 speed yet. The gear on gear is definitely more efficient. Now the GYTR Turbo is a great kit and if it holds warranty that would be the way to go!

Is this something worth the trip from sand hollow if I’m already in Utah?

Definitely! Sand hollow doesn't really have dunes IMO. You kinda have to know where to go at Little Sahara to hit big dunes and all the cool spots to check out. Do you have a YXZ?

@@jakubstang Yeah, I do. Me and my buddy are heading out to Utah in July with a ‘21 and a ‘23 YXZ to check it out. I’m planning to have it boosted before I get there. Share the hot spots with me dude 😂

Where are coming from? Do you have paddles? Sand hollow is cool if you like to hit some sand and do some rock crawling. But sand mountain Utah is like Oldsmobile hill in glamis but taller. We have a the fingers, taller steeper version of China wall. The back side is filled with big dunes that you can rip for a good amount of time with flowing lines.
