@@cycledrag I own a 2000 ZX-9R dragbike and 2005 ZX-10R. The Busa is obviously a great dragbike. However, the ZX-10R is undoubtedly much lighter; especially, the first generation. There is definitely a market for go fast parts for both bikes with the exception of the first generation ZX-10R. You can build either as an insane bike. It's really up to the goals and taste(s) of the racer.

I love the 1st gen ZX10r's I own one! Just changed out the original 2004 motor that had 67,816 miles on it before something in the bottom let go and it was castastrophic. Replaced it with a 2005 motor with 13,700 miles. Runs like a champ! I will never part with my 10r love having nobelectronic rider aids! Im old school. I ride my bikes hard and fast. Dont need any aid! I also love my fireblade and my Busa !

@@cycledrag I own my dream bike. Got an 01 ZRX 1200r in Eddie Lawson colors. It’s not the fastest or the best handling but it gets way more attention than buddies Aprilia Tuano 1000 and my other friends Ducati Monster. Even the Harley guys dig it. I’m more of an enduro rider and last spring went to WhiteRock just to play around. When I got home I was crazy tired. Have a garage full of bikes, that day I was on my 01 KDX 200, so I parked it next to the ZRX which was on its stands, the KDX kickstand is know as a pos. I was tired didn’t set it just right I guess. Came out the next morning and the KDX had fallen in to my ZRX. The bark buster bolt left a dinger and scratched it. Made me sick. Can’t hardly look at it.

I love my generation ZX10 will never sell it along with my 2000 ZX12 these bikes were total animals the Suzuki's tend to be a little more refined but those early Kawasakis were super nasty very difficult to ride but thrilling in the process

I had a 2015 ZX10R & a 2013 Hayabusa. I traded the bus for the Z based on handling and comfort. The bus is a stretch in stock form. I ended up flashing the Z, adding full ti exhaust, quick turn throttle and many others. Left the bus stock. I love them both. Z is sexy & handles. Bus feels anchored on the highway. Based on today's prices, I'd go bus. The Z is big $$$

Had an 06 and 10 Zx10 and rode/drag raced 06 and 08 busas. Kawi's are untamed and wild but fun as all hell. Busas are smooth and powerful. Love both bikes. I tend to stay on Kawi's side tho

Not only is Ricky the fastest out there but he likes the creature comforts of progress I use pro grip for my Suzuki Gucci’s is 1000 F I recommend progress for every rider

Ive owned both at the same time 2005 zx10r and a 2000 hayabusa . Stock the first gen Busa (to me) had the same power as the 2005 zx10r . Even though the Busa pulls harder top end , the zx10r to me was just faster being it's about 120+lbs lighter . The problem is the Hayabusa has more aftermarket support and don't take much to make even faster . When you flash that computer , upgrade your exhaust and get headwork done to that Busa , won't nothing much mess with that Busa and it'll hold together longer to me than that zx10r ... Just my experience
