Some of it is heavy for what it is but nothing for the sake of quiet car you don't need as much as some people use, 25 percent of whatever surface is where you get your biggest gains. Unless your doing it to cover the whole door as a vapour barrier and to seal the door more

What difference did you notice in mpg after putting all this insulation on?

I can still easily get over 40mpg on the highway. I havent gone on many long trips lately to really guage it. I havent noticed much difference.

Do you have a link for the side panel removal? I'm curious if you purchased one of the retainer clip kits, and if the clips themselves ever came in use?

I didnt have to replace any of the clips. They were all reusable.

its called making it cheap.. and thats not anof to do the whole interior. im on my 3 rd box and still didnt do floors or ceiling.. just disconnect the battery and take headlinner down , pillers are holding it up.

You should never use an electric scale and try weighing anything on a rug. Doesn't work.
