I wanted you to talk about the accident of the Tam 3054 flight, which was on an airbus A320 that landed at Congonhas airport in São Paulo, it went by at high speed and hit the company's own cargo building on July 17, 2007. 200 people dead as those on board and those on the ground.

I really doubt it was a rudder malfunction, the other 3 incidents related with that were on very different circumstances. And the pilot had a lot of personal issues which are usually related to suicide.

The NTSC I think was pressured by the Indonesian government to take the neutral decision because with how fragile Indonesia's position still was in the wake of the 1998-1999 civil unrest they really cannot afford to upset anyone with either conclusion and thus inconclusive it became.
