Turbocharged Honda Talon Dyno | What will it make?

OTTAWA, ONTARIO. Marc André brought his newly boosted Honda Talon for a Baseline Test on the Dyno. Marc André has added a turbocharger and forged rods & pistons to this 999cc SxS. While we didn't get a chance to Dyno Tune this setup, we did provide Marc André with horsepower, torque and AFR data to analyze and work with. Over the five passes we completed, we also Dyno Tested the effects of multiple boost levels. The data showed the need for a complete revamp of the fuel curve. At 11 lbs of boost, the engine ran lean on the bottom and still had insufficient fuel at a high RPM. With the 17-lb. tune installed, it was lean everywhere with overly rich spots. These are all issues Marc André plans to address as he undertakes his tuning efforts.
