you cant be serious, its a shit machine that comes stocked with way to thick wire for whats its built for. its spits everywhere and hardly melts anything. welding is poor quality and a pain in the butt to clean after.... wtf is enjoyable about this machine ?

Haben Sie sehr gut und deutlich alles gezeigt, ich finde das Video sehr hilfreich insbesondere beim Erstbetriebnahme eie man den Draht rein steckt und Einestellungen, wie Drahtgeschwiendikeit und die Stromstärke, beim verschiedenen Dicken der Steil, einstell.👍👍👍 Habe Ihr Video noch vor einem Jahr angeschaut und genau so gemacht. Und es hat mir sehr geholfen, nur was den Zufuhr des Drahtes angeht, met dem Regfgler sollte man etwas hin und her Spielen, weil das von der Stromstärke abhängig ist. Einfach mal Stromstärke auf 12 Uhr stellen, und dann während dem Schweißen die Drahtgeschwiendigkeit einstellen. So, dass der dritte nicht zu kurz und nicht zu lang rauskommt. Mein persönlicher Tipp an alle! 👍

I bought one of these secondhand , it was only used once , looks like new in the box with all accessories . Unfortunately it only sparks intermittently regardless of the settings . Visually it looks fine but it will not weld . Anyone know what is wrong with it ?

Just for clarification: this machine is for Flux Core Welding and not Mig Flux welding as per the video title (does not use gas and therefore leaves a slag deposit that is removed with the hammer). Thanks.

Or removed with a stiff wire brush. I've got this unit and use the parkside welding wire (mostly as I'm lazy and it was on the shelf next to the welder for £3 a pack) and have never had to use a hammer, it's always come away with a brush, which as you have to brush after hammering makes the hammering stage fairly redundant. This isn't the fanciest unit on the market but for around £60~£70 it's amazingly competent for light work upto 5mm and does a surprisingly good job at that price. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone using it regularly, but for light use and odd repairs it's ideal. I've put several km of welding wire through mine (to lash up various jigs and frames) and it still works like new.

One thing I would recommend is an auto dimming helmet rather than the crap visor that comes with the welder. They're about £25 and leave you with two hands free to work which makes the world of difference it you want nice steady clean welds.

Yeah, it works like an easier arc process. 'Gasless' mig. Not easier to set up though, it is to use. None of the rod sticking etc.

Best thing is get good wire, SIP make good flux core wire. It makes a big difference to the results this thing cab do. I learned the hard way

@@galinagolik6762 одинаково. Это тот же электрод, только обмазка внутри проволоки. Полуавтомат чем хорош , варит тонкой проволокой, без флюса, и не образовывает шлака. А это трата денег безтолковая..
