Merci pour vos vidéos avec les merveilleux décors de France. Un peu de chaleur dans notre hiver canadien où l'entrainement intérieur est un must.

Always love the Turbotripping Videos only getting back on the Bike since having COVID and I was Shocked to see advertisements in the middle of the video. But still good videos all the same

This an excellent way to work out indoors.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! THIS is what I've been looking for to use with my new spin bike. Classroom sessions are OK, but I didn't learn to ride a bike to sit indoors and look at other sweaty people. Being able to get an indoor workout and feel like I'm out on the open road is incredible! And this video (and I assume the others) are the KING of POV bike videos on youtube and better than a lot of DVDs. The POV is perfect - just some brake hoods in the screen to make me feel like I'm right there on the bike - and SO SMOOTH! I don't know if it's hardware magic or software magic, but it is MAGIC! No bouncing or vibrations, just that feeling of being there. I watched on a 65" screen and felt like I was there. I half expected to look beside me and see riders we had just passed. Other POV youtube videos bounce all over the place or are clearly just some guy driving slowly in a car. Not these! I'm right in the peloton. Congratulations! Job well done. I can hardly wait to do the rest of them.

Hi Alan, Thanks for the feedback - and the praise! Pleased to find out it looks good on a 65" screen - must be amazing. They're not all as smooth as this one - notably the 30 minute one down the Gorge which is really bumpy at the beginning. Just to prove that there's no hardware/software magic. I hope you enjoy the others just as much. Thanks, Phil.

Very well done. This is my first Threshold video session. Excellent mode of cycle training for me at this time of the season. I will return for more. I'd comment more but I'm dripping sweat on my computer. . .

John Bielik Hi John, I hope your computer survived the ordeal! Sounds like you might need a more powerful fan to help all the sweat evaporate and keep you cool.

At first I was excited thinking finally and indoor cycling video for my Turbo dumb trainer but was dispointed that there were no indication on the videos to adjust the tension on the trainer to simulate the hill climbs.

Great video for the rollers! Thank you so much.................

+Garybaxter1 I think if I did it on the rollers I'd fall off on one of the corners! Especially now I've been testing the videos using a Kinetic Rock and Roll - great for leaning into the corners!

That didn't look easy the last 20 minutes considering the uneven road conditions. Especially with those 2 club riders pushing that pace. Well done!

perfect environment, nice distance and time, nice music with good bpm, but hard to train with. if picture go downhill and almost not spinning, and have 100 rpm and difficulty 4 same time its not equal at all :-) dh must be easy relaxed rpm on difficulty 1 :-)

We have been training to your ardechoise videos for years and wondered which route is this? We live in England and would love to take part but there are different challenges on different days? Love the videos by the way!!

Awesome video, the only thing that would make it perfect is a timer to show how long left in the current interval or even just the length of the interval at the beginning. Thanks though!
@Turbotrippingindoorcycling9 жыл бұрын
monkeyinsulterHD Hi, there's a breakdown of the intervals for the video on the TurboTripping website : turbotripping.com/video-45-min-tempo-threshold-ardechoise/. I have thought about putting the times on but there are various reasons I decided not to. One is that you end up 'clock watching' which is what I'm trying to avoid as it affects your perception of time and effort. If it makes it easier, take a note of the times on a piece of paper so you can refer to them during the session. You can also include target heart-rates and power for quick reference. Thanks for the feedback. Phil.

Turbotripping Indoor Cycling I liked that there is no timer. Incredible job on this video. It felt like I was there. Enjoyed it very much.

Brilliant video, done it a number of times now. When the two guys come past at about 26 mins (yellow and purple) I can't help but dig in to stop them them dropping me! Is there anywhere I can download these videos? A couple of times I've tried to do a session but my internet connection has failed me. Nothing worse than getting into the flow then having to wait for it to buffer :-(

Hi, I like the songs used here! Very motivating! Does somebody know what are the artists and track names? Specifically at around 11 minutes from the beginning, been looking from Spotify randomly but not finding it. Thanks! :)
