Good Deal! I really like mine. In fact I've been looking at getting a second one.

will be interesting to see how they do in a dedicated turkey choke.

I’d definitely buy a dedicated Turkey Choke tube and I’d try TSS Loads. I know they’re not cheap, but definitely worth the money. If you don’t want to go with the TSS Loads then go with the Winchester LongBeard XR loads and a Carlsons LongBeard XR Choke tube.

Get you a JEBs Headhunter choke.... best choke on the market. For ducks/geese try the High Voltage by JEBs.

You could use.more constricting on your patterns. Too much in the breast. Maybe you could have bought a turkey choke instead of.all that ammo. Just a thought. Great video though and presented very well

I’m looking for a 12 gauge or 20 but didn’t want to spend over $400-$450 and ran across the Winchester SXP….it seems to have good reviews, what’s your opinion on yours?

I bought mine on clearance at Cabela's about 5 years ago. My first impressions is it would not last. But It has been absolutely astounding. I have never had a malfunction or misfire. I hunt the salt marsh on the Oregon coast about 30 days a year and it is a hard environment. My SXP is still operating with a buttery smooth action. The only thing I was not a fan of was there front bead sight. I replaced it with a High Vis bird buster. If the new ones are anything like the ones they were building 5 years ago I say go for it! Thanks for the question, Good luck!

You should look into TSS loads, they’re not too hard to find some decent ones online. I like Rogue TSS but TSS changes the game, my .410 is throwing better patterns than your 12 gauge in this video

I picked up some 3rd degree tss last week. I haven't had a chance to pattern them yet. Hoping to make a video with them. also picked up a Carlson long beard xr choke.

@@mitchweigel6713 3rd degree didn’t do well for me out of my 870 through and Indian creek choke, I prefer TSS 9’s as opposed to the blends, the blends have never patterned well for me. But I’ll make sure I keep an eye out to watch whatever you test!
