Hi, you're welcome! You won't have enough time to see all 5 cities in 7 days. Maybe you can skip Antalya or Bursa. As for the dates, 28 December till 4 January would be nice if you wanna enjoy NY festivities in Turkey. Regarding weather, it's gonna be almost the same for both periods and it's gonna be cold.

Turkey is very big and each area has a different weather. Antalya has mild winters and it might not rain a lot in December but there's not much to do in winter. As for Istanbul, Ankara and Cappadocia, it's really cold and rainy and it could even snow at this time.
