I made this recipe this evening with 1 lb of ground turkey. I made them into a turkey patties or turkey burgers in a way and put them in the toaster oven. The sauce is delicious with the burgers! Thank you again❤

I really love your channel. I had been looking for some meal prep videos. But most are not organic, gluten free or healthy. I have been gluten free for more than 16 years, and went organic in 2006 after my grand-daughter was born. My daughter wanted her to be feed organic and while I was watching her for a week, I noticed the migraines I was having stopped. I had been having them since the 90,s. Hi Lisa I made this recipe, but doubled it as we were several. I made like 36 meatballs and had a lot of mix so I switched to meatloaf style. I ended up browning and baking all with the sauce. It was soooo delicious!!! My family loved this recipe, so thank you!

I always like "meat and sauce over grains" recipes as I can cook the meat on the stovetop while the grain is cooking in the instant pot. If the recipe doesn't look like it's going to make enough sauce to flavor the grain as well I usually double the sauce recipe. This one, however, looks just perfect! This is going into my recipe folder for next week's Imperfect Foods order!
