On the rare occasion that I have leftover roast beef, I will make a mixture of mayo, sour cream, Dijon mustard as the dressing. Add diced celery, onions and dill pickles. It's so good as a salad or on crusty sourdough bread slices. Yumm!

When we have leftover roast beef, we add it to coleslaw (sometimes with a bit of horseradih!) Good On its Own Or On a bun 😊

A really nice salad! I like it. Since there is no Thanksgiving a la America here and therefore no turkey leftovers, I will roast or steam a chicken breast or a turkey schnitzel if I cook it. It would be more of a summery thing for me. 👍

You should try to use Greek Yogurt for extra protein of Chicken, Tuna, Egg and Turkey Salad.
