I been saying for a while love to see how these guys would approach and tackle a game plan up here in the New England deer woods would be a good challenge for these thp guys but they would be totally up for the task especially certain parts of vermont nh and here in western mass they wud definitely be putting work in snd earning there harvest cuz we simply dont have the deer numbers like most other parts of the country

I shot a bird in that same spot two years ago. Same kinda hunt they flew down to road. I live at the bottom of the mountain road. Congrats. Didn’t realize I had competition up there lol. Great hunt and bird.

In 2022, I went up n hunted NY and VT. Got my NY bird first morning as well and then first morning in VT, was hoping to see a Moose and seen one just like that but walking up the road calling and it crossed in front of me at first light. So cool.

Great hunt! It sure is funny to see just how much being a few feet apart can make in what you both can see at the same time. You all must be trying to see how many turkeys can be killed with that old 870! Also, is there a crack in the buttstock near the right side of the receiver? Hopefully just a scratch.

Every hunt is different, congrats! You know, you guys are the only turkey hunters I can watch hunt in every state you go to, other hunters just don't keep my interest. I couldn't believe it when I found 2 long beards with hens roosting right on the road. Of course, they landed in the road, I took a nice gobbler Just like you did when they headed Into the woods. right to me.
