TODAY'S RECIPE IS TURKISH HIRA SWEET | তুর্কির জনপ্রিয় হীরা মিষ্টি, বাহির থেকে মুচমুচে ভিতর থেকে রসালো | EASY DESSERT | ডেজার্ট রেসিপি | SEMOLINA DESSERT
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 piece egg
- 50 ml oil (1/4 cup)
- 60 gram butter (4 tbsp)
- 50 gram yogurt (1/4 cup)
- 50 gram semolina (1/4 cup)
- 30 gram desiccated coconut (1/4 cup)
- 225 gram flour (1 cup + 1/2 cup + 1/3 cup)
- 250 gram sugar ( 1 cup + 1/4 cup)
- 300 ml water (1 cup + 1/3 cup)
- 1 wedge lemon
