Actually cheap but we eat pesticide in Turkey :) Also farmers are still using banned pesticides. A 4 yo girl died last year bcs of pesticide.

@@ogunkovan If he compares like for like, than the prices in Turkey would be much cheaper. i.e. meat in Germany class 1 animal keeping class is the worsest one (1.8 sqare meters place for a cow, Always inside) compared sonetimes to a Meat price of a cow in Turkey, which is class 3 in Germany (outgoing cow and not having antibiotics)

Great comparison video..Calis fethiye marmaris etc have prices a bit more expensive than inner towns and cities but generally for pound sterling earners( ie me you and other brits) its quite good for us..The exceptions are alcohol and cars..Keep up the good work my old mucker..hopefully see you soon..selamlar saygilar insallah yakinda gorusuruz..

We should also consider the fact that many products you find in the Turkish markets are locally sourced while UK export's (like you mentioned with olive oil). Even in this case UK products work out cheaper considering the wage factor. Also when comparing we should consider the brand/quality factor. For example Migros also produce it's own goods so does ASDA,etc. Comparing those two would be more precise. A "Komili" olive oil may be double the price of a "Migros" olive oil. Thanks for this great video I'll share this with my friends in the UK to encourage them to move here :D:D

most of the fruits and vegetables in turkey taste way better than elswhere! you are walking around with short sleeve shirt and short pants at this time of the year... I think the weather is the best bargain!😉Property prices are ridiculously cheap in turkey in compare to europa - uk or usa! I think the places like fethiye and surroundings could be ideal for scandinavians for example, who have to deal with such severe weather conditions in long lasting winters and yet pay almost 4 euros for a single pepper when they go to grocery shopping!🤔 Uncle Mick and Trudie Yenge thank you so much again for your efforts and wonderful videos!❤❤❤

I have visited Marmaris twice but 10 years apart approx 30 years ago and also Fethiye and Ula Deniz. I really enjoyed myself in Turkey. I cannot decide whether to visit Antalya for the first time or return to Fethiye. I see Fethiye from what i saw in your video has certainly grown in size since i was there last. I live in Glasgow, Scotland and luckily i can fly direct to Dalaman and to Antalya City. In your opinion which one would you choose for a month long holiday bearing in mind i love the beach and i enjoy shopping especially in markets. I was looking at your villas with a pool videos as i am retired and thinking of buying a property on the edge of a nice town like fethiye or i am open to your recommendations Mick with your many years experience.

Fruits vegatables in turkey tastes way better, and priced funny. Honestly its disgrace for local farmers who put so much work producing these, but general public can only afford so much. House prices will vary depending on city , apartments are more widespread. probably you can buy an apartment unit for as low as 20k euros in cities that aren't popular, decent looking large ones for 100k in average cities. istanbul will be expensive relatively, but if you are paying with euros, im sure it will be up par or below europe

Looking at the prices of the greens in UK it is not easily affordable for English ppl who work with minimium wage. So only Exchange gap gives advantage.
