I wish there were more videos of this guy. He clearly knows what he's doing and he's so laid back about it. I guess that kind of confidence comes from having done this MANY times before. It does look like he's a bit tired, though, especially around the end. Maybe this was toward the end of the day. ha Anyway, great vid!

Turkish well known of their skills and specialities in this field, they are the best in this business! See the kids helping the dad after schools hours or weekends, no wonder why they're the best then! Skills to be built up from young age.

It's funny, I was thinking about that myself ("He clearly knows what he's doing and he's so laid back about it"). He has a kind of a plain expression the whole time, but it's clearly not from a disdain for customers, a hatred for his job, or anything...like you said, he knows what he's doing, and he's able to go through it like clockwork. The guy has skills, and he's efficient. I'm sure he was worth every penny spent on him.

I must say this is simply the most amazing Shave/Haircut/Massage, I have ever seen, hes very attentive, very professional, most assuredly Old School, I have never received a straight edge shave, let alone get this kind of attentiveness, His sons right their readily available when he needs them, like they know exactly what he will need done next, I know he whispers to them different things, but they put things away after hes done, its just a amazing Family profession. This process can not be cheap. Its well worth the Dollar no matter what the cost. I thought this video, was simply Amazing.

I only hope that he can experience the same when he goes to visit a barber, he deserves it. And the thrill to have your children interested in the same craft as you is just that more exciting! This video is coming up on 2 million hits. Amazing. Why so popular? I think the barber shop atmosphere was captured well. It's a family business. Most of all the barber is an artist. Really! Full service too. Too bad about the sound. I'm thinking the music on TV was copyrighted and they won't let anyone play it (even on KZbin) without paying for it. I love the Turkish barbers give pride to their noble profession, some may think its just a simple grooming service but every job sector should give their best to satisfy customers to encourage frequent revisits. Unfortunately in North America they dont see it that way and find after service massage as unnecessary, imagine asking a barber in the US or Canada for a simple head or chair massage after having a haircut and they will just tell you to simply go to a nearby massage parlor
