I bought a pound of strawberries last week and didn't know what to do with them. That is until I came across your video. I used fresh strawberries to make strawberry syrup by first mashing them with a hand blender then strain the puree in a separate container. All of the stirring has given me carpal tunnel LOL😂 Thanks for sharing this time-consuming recipe
