You could just say, if verb ends with a vowel add N letter such as oku ends with vowel, okuN passive. if it ends with L letter add ın in un ün BİL BİLİN for others add IL İL UL ÜL

I think you extended: Long story short: just add passive voice suffix after the verb root and then conjugate according to your required tense!
