Looks good, Dr. And, healthy too. Would you have a lot of raw onion/garlic taste in your mouth after eating?

What about a lactose intolerant version?

Just use vegan yogurt …

Greek yogurt sauce is fine for lactose-intolerant diet, since the live bacteria thrive on it, and your tummy isn't stuck with processing the stuff. Full-fat yogurt is more "active" than low-fat, for some reason. But the more natural, organic if possible, yogurt you eat, the less you need to be looking out for the slightest amounts of lactose. Obviously though, ODing on cream cheese or loads of milky ice-cream will still send you off the bend 😮! Hope this helps !

@@marie-suzankalogeropoulos9249 yogurt is made from milk….all milk products contain lactose if your allergic or intolerant to it you should never suggest eating it that’s obvious. Use vegan yoghurt. Anything vegan, plant based or dairy free contains NO LACTOSE

Who eats a pound of spinach 😂. That’s probably not too bad but him not adding some lemon or lime pains me. I certainly would.
