👌Salad WITHOUT MAYONNAISE. Very tasty and healthy.
📜ingredients
4-5 medium sized potatoes
green onions 3-4
parsley 3-4 stalks
lettuce 2-3 leaves
salt, red pepper, paprika,
sumac 1 tsp.
lemon juice
olive oil for dressing
🔴Cooking.
Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
salt and add water. put on fire until done.
Meanwhile, chop the greens.
It is better to cook potatoes this way. not with the peel.
Add herbs and spices to slightly cooled potatoes. juice of 1 lemon and oil.
mix well.
serve cooled. ideally leave it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
