Mind blowing soup! I arrived here after liking it in past. I used to make it for my father who passed away for over an year now. The soup is not heavy, I have tried Veggie stock, Chicken stock, Stock cubes available in the market. Some of the ingredients are not available in this part of The World. I have replaced them with dried Mint and Oregano. I really wonder how it tastes like the way you have made it. Being the Man of the house, I have to take care of my aged mom now. I am the driver, cook, pest controller, gardener, carpenter, plumber, electrician etc for her. Sorry! for commenting late, in my spare time I watch many videos pertaining to job in hand. I am going to make this again in couple of days. With soups, I have learnt that keeping the things simple works the best. Over boiling and experimenting with it destroys the nutritional value of the soup. God Bless!

I use yogourt to marinade chicken and always end up throwing away the marinade excess when I cook the chicken when I choose to deep fry it. This is a great solution for the leftover marinade. Since it has been in extensive contact with raw chicken the yogourt must be cooked well but I didn't know how until your video. Fantastic and thanks

Good recipe I can't catch your words about what you have in green pot, it's only hot water near to boil or you have something you call it beef stuck, please explain also can't find ingredients written? Waseem Zuhair Khan Pakistan
@hhbrohi4 жыл бұрын
Beef stock or beef broth, I believe in Pakistan is called "yakhni"... you can make it by boiling the beef bones in water to extract the flavor and nutrients.

This looks good but can you make more fast food and American recipes? Like KFC chicken strips that have no bone and Chinese dishes like fried rice. Also snacks that someone wants to eat in the middle of the night. I am American and so I have a huge love for eating fast food like McDonald's and Pizza Hut. I got hungry just writing about all this lol.

skip the beef stock and you 'll have a perfect vegetarian soup. in fact, there should be no animal stock in a yogurt soup!!. pls don't cheat. just water would be fine. if u really like some extra flavor, just brown some onions (really brown and caramelize onion), and then fold into the soup at the end before serving.
@Molr0263 жыл бұрын
Thankssss

Yess, there shouldn't be animal stock in this and for extra flavor garlic would be great.

@@utkuboranunal5448 caramelized onions can EASILY replace meat flavor in any recipe. just remember, that meat was a luxury for most people before the modern times. dishes were commonly vegetarian, over 9 out of 10 dishes.

The original recipe is WITHOUT beef stock or whatever. It is a vegetarian soup. Why on earth the need to change the original recipe and make it non-vegetarian!! Türk mutfaginda amerika ya da avrupa mutfagindaki gibi her seye et koyulmaz. Icinizdeki magara adamligini biraz bastirin.
