Ingredients:
• 1 cup red or yellow lentils
• 1 onion (diced)
• 1 carrot (diced)
• 1 potato (diced)
• 2 tbsp butter (skip for vegan)
• 1 tbsp flour
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp turmeric (optional)
• 2 bay leaves
• salt to taste
• 1 liter hot water (adjust for desired consistency)
• Lemon wedges, paprika powder and olive oil to serve

Thats a good technique for washing the lentils in the strainer. I like all the shapes of the vegetables, carrots are round the onions are rough chop and the potatoes are in half moons- but I see that you purred them. Nice shot of opening the spice drawer and getting the paprika. Love the idea of the paprika oil. I'll have to remember that in the future. 👍🏻four seven
