Nobody plays as much from the heart as you do Anna. Beautiful.

Gorgeous! Soothing of heart and soul. Eyes closed in homage to the two blind harpers, perhaps? I' believe O'Carolan lost, his eyesight to small pox in his late teens - maybe as did Maire. Hearing it this way, seeing you play it this way, the thought crosses my mind of the last stage of grief for Turlough and Maire, acceptance.

Just now again looping your understanding of Blind Mary and of Planxty Irwin. Good heavens Anna, but how you illuminate the the sweet heart of O'Carolan - I dare say as O'Carolan may himself have heard these two pieces. You and Anton have the same such insights into the baroque. Such pleasures to hear this music this way from across all those centuries. I heard tell that you and Anton performed some years ago at the Musical Instrument Museum in Phoenix, Arizona. I was unawares. I live in pine woodland in Flagstaff and happily travel the few hours for concerts in Phoenix. Should the occasion again arise, do please say so.

Es ist in der Musik oft wie beim leckeren Essen: Die eigentlich einfachen, aber gerade deswegen guten Rezepte bringen dem Gaumen den größten Genuss! Vielen Dank für den "leckeren Ohrenschmaus"!

This piece was'nt much......but a lovely example about what's importante. It is'nt so importante WHAT you play, but HOW you play it! And this wonderful lady take this simple melody and make a piece of haven out of it! Marvelouse!

Might have known you could tackle an Irish lament as well as you handle classical pieces on baroque lute. Well played, yet again.
