Turn a T-shirt into Wall Art

I got this Rosie the Riveter shirt when we went to the Smithsonian, and as much as I love the design, the shirt just doesn't fit right. But instead of turning it into a paint rag like I normally would, I turned it into art with some help from Total Boat Epoxy!
