Many people have shared this method. In fact thousands of them. As a matter of fact what else, every youtuber repeats what others have said and hence the same video multiplies. Now coming to the method, its not as straight fwd as you make it to be, since the zoe depth doesnt give a high res image and also has lot of anomalies (warps) when it creates depth. So the end result never looks professional. Its a sort of a pseudo 3d thats not even impressive. By setting vanishing point and doing manual movement you can create a more realistic 3d effect in AE, but even that is pseudo for pixel peepers.
