what version were you on? I don't have the join wireless network option.

Sorry if this is too late. I noticed that the option doesn't actually show through the "manual setup" by default. Hit "Continue" when you connect->Change some of the settings->Continue until you see the wireless network screen. You should see the option there.

Hello, good to see your skills. I need your help to connect he windows PC to HP printer which is connected in Apple Airport Express via USB and Apple Express connected in LAN. i can search the printer add the printer through Bonjure services but printer does not print anything i tried to connect through TCP/IP way directly but still as printer IP is unknown its getting unsuccessful. if u know clue please share.

First thing, did you add or extend AirPort Express to your wireless network? I would first install the HP printer driver / software program, then I would go to add / remove device’s, then add printer, choose TCP/iP, put in ip address assigned to AirPort Express device, when found, install drivers for printer, manually, & your done.

Does this setup work with an Android device? Can you print to that printer, via Airport Express, from an Android device? If so, how? The goal here would be to have a single hub for all my devices (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows) to connect and print through, via WiFi.

i have not tried android, but i am sure that they, as well , support airprint, or some form of airprint

Yes my mom is having me connect her android tablet to her USB printer. I had to install an app to the android device, and the app is called “Canon print services” because the printer is a canon printer
