I'm new to your channel. I'm not Jamaican. I live in NY in a totally different way as these videos. Jamaica is beautiful. I was there once on a cruise so I didn't have a lot of time to see everything. I'm amazed how you guys cut up your food. If I did it that way I'd probably have no thumb left. Mad props to the young man climbing that tree. It seems like you've been doing this way of gathering fresh food in the bush, preparing & cooking all your lives. God bless all of you & your families!

I remember eating turned cornmeal as a child. It was a treat my mom gave us. I loved it and dream about it all the time. What excitement I felt when I came across your blog.
