I guess the creative possibilities are endless with this. You could select a section of pattern or marking on a bird’s wing and paste and blend onto a background. That’s the beauty about creating, it’s always ongoing, finding new ways and techniques to enjoy and share your work 🤙🙏

Wow! That looks amazing. Such a creative idea. I love abstract art at the best of times so the blending of an image like this gives it a real edge. It also would certainly stand out from other photographic images on offer. Beautiful.

That was a lot of fun! I've been thinking of doing something similar with a photo from beach volleyball but never have gotten around to trying it. Thanks, Adrian, have a great weekend!

Great tutorial Adrian. Funny you did this video because I showed someone how to do this this other day,.just done in a slightly different way,. although I think the way you showed was better than the process I went through. Always learning! Thanks for sharing. Fantastic final image, love it! Hope you are well and had a great weekend!

Thank so much Paul. Really appreciate you watching. Sorry for late reply, been busy working on a new website which is coming along nicely. There are a number of ways you can do this, everyone is different in their approach. Main thing is to get the finished outcome. Have an awesome week mate, take care, cheers 📸🙏

that was a very good video. thanks. I do this with flower photography, especially things like water Lillies. lots of clutter in the background can be removed and make the flower pop.. in lightroom, there are auto-select tools now that crop out the main subjects. can help speed up this process.. thanks again.

Thanks for watching Steve. I can certainly see how this application would work beautifully for flowers. Have a grea day 📸🙏

For those of us not familiar with creating a black background, can you please do a video on just that?? The rest you layed out well but I can’t get past step one. I see I think where you got the “background” but you zoomed through how you made it black. Actually you zoomed through the entire first part. For some reason I don’t see the same screen as you. Thanks

Thanks for watching Brian. Open Photoshop > File > New > (right hand side of screen type) 3000 in width > 2000 in length > 300 in resolution > background select Black > hit create on bottom right. You'll have yourself a black background to start.
