@@SethJamesDeMoor That was a great video - my 2 cents, just mute the slow mo shots, I feel that the slowed(and distorted) sound is distracting - you have always used quality background tracks, the slow mo sound distracts from that with the distortion. I was really impressed with the sound syncing to the transitions/cuts/sped up or slowed down clips. It really takes your video to the next level. Keep it up!

Ran 5K with my dad, he’s turning 54 next month and has arthritis in both knees and had lots of cartilage surgically removed. His previous best is 23:10, since his knee problems his best is 27 minutes, just pulled him around in 24:58. Absolute machine and inspiration. Going to run his first marathon with him hopefully in October...Snowdonia Marathon!

Spectacular cinematography! Thank you for the inspiration; this video drips with run love. QD, doing my easy 50 min on the treadmill while watching, because I got going too late today to do it outside. Our trail gets busy with (maskless) bikers by this time, so impossible to distance enough. But yesterday did 6 mi outside, which is never as easy as planned because I have a hard time going slow, I’m at 7900 ft. and there are so many hills....

Great video Seth. Very inspirational. QD. Brick by brick .... Today’s run was 11 miles. After a day of work (essential worker) I got home so my wife could go to a medical appointment. Meant I was not able to go for my run till after sunset so ran all 11 miles in dark. Was able to work into run and got 4 miles through middle of run down to 4:05/km (think that is about 6:28/mile???) and averaged 4:24/km for whole run. Heart rate average 124bpm with max heart rate of 163bpm so brick by brick building that aerobic marathon fitness towards what is hopefully a marathon later this year in October if current restrictions are relaxed/lifted.

QD: Was supposed to be an easy cycle/rest day, but I cycled 30 km to the "Ridgeway" (Britain's oldest road according to wikipedia..), and couldn't resist its ancient beauty.. so stashed my bike in a hedge and ended up running 26km! QD: I did a flat 7 miles steady and easy on a mixture of paved and gravel roads. Run went well. My running story is that I found running at age 7 when I decided to run a Halloween 5k and ran 25 minutes with no training. Ran my first 15k race at age 12 and then got into XC and Track all the way through college. I took a 10 year hiatus after starting my career and got into bodybuilding and powerlifting, but now I’m back to running and remembering why I fell in love with it! My lifetime PRs: 400m - 52s, 800m - 2:00, 1 mile - 4:27, 2 mile - 9:50, 5k - 15:37, 4 mile - 20:32, 8k - 27:29, 10k - 33:18, 15k - 53:25....haven’t recorded any times further than 15k but hoping to change that now!
