Hey Jack! This was really nice. I am a graphic designer so I ensured that i made the website as user friendly as possible. I also ensured that the checkout process is smooth and convinient. I am getting 1-3 sales daily with around 150 sessions daily. About 30+ people add to cart the product but then only 2 sessions convert. Idk if that is alright. It has been 5 days of me running ads and sales started coming from day 3. Please let me know if this is going fine or not! Loved this video btw

Thanks, Jack great advice as usual. ☺. I picked up on another video of yours that you mainly do UK and US markets. Do you create 2 stores accommodating the 2 different markets, or do you rely on using Shopify's own payment processor to have separate currencies? Have to say I hate that they are really the only way to have 2 separate currencies. Just using UK pounds and a currency converter, as you elude to in the video, doesn't really cut it if marketing to another country or am I wrong?.

Thanks Peter, currency converters only change the prices you see on the website. Without multi-currency checkout enabled the checkout will revert back to the stores base currency. It is possible to streamline your store with Apps to accommodate multiple currencies but it's a pain. I much prefer having separate stores for separate countries

The frustrating thing is that, the evergreen product (that works all year round) that I labeled as "winner" after so much testing... suddenly isn't giving my even add to carts after transforming it into a one branded store. I've spent months crafting this store and all the hard work went down the drain 😔 Now I don't believe in products "dying", and it still sells with some competitors and even Amazon. Dropshipping can be depressing.

@@JackKitchener Honestly yes, because it was two years old and I heard some advice that changing the pixel to an up-to-date one maybe will change things drastically. Probably a bad advice. But it's still strange that I don't even get add to carts at $10 of spend per an adset for example, despite everything is almost perfect, the price is lower that competitors, the visuals are nice, the product page is somewhat Nike or MVMT level and it's benefit driven, etc. The only thing the store lacks is FAQ, which I don't think it's a (make or break) thing. I also have the good ol "free worldwide shipping" thing which I know you're not a fan of, but to be honest many successful store had that. Sheesh. The last thing I expected is for dropshipping to destroy my life for almost two years in a row. I guess I'll keep oprimizing and hopefully I get somewhere.

I know this is an older video, but I feel like my CTRs are extremely biased and not necessarily converting audiences. CTR seems like a bit of an ego metric, I don't know if a click represents an intentional customer. Advice to follow CTRs and scale based on that seems misleading. Do you have advice against this? Or why CTR (on a conversion campaign) actually doesn't represent conversion, but just represents browsing? And what metrics are more intentional, besides purchases. Would love to see a video on this topic! Haven't found one on KZbin as of yet.

I un paused my shopify store as I recently purchased it off of a previous buyer. I receive traffic to my store but with bare minimal sales. Sales can be anything from 1-5/6 in a week, which is very, very low. How do I go from there...? (The previous owners were spending around 7-15k a month on ad spend. Unfortunately, I do not have those types of funds and all Im looking to do is receive a steady influx of orders... 10-50 a day would suit us fine....)

Give or take a 1% conversion rate then which isn't that bad if that's organic traffic as well. You can try and increase this by making tweaks to your store but you will always be limited by the amount of traffic. 2000 isn't that much so you need to increase this to make any real money

But as it stands, I literally have no money for ad spend whatsoever, but I know this store can sky rocket. Do you offer commission/profit share split? This store last year made 190,000$

Maybe you need to start producing more content and go original. You can put little money into UGC content and try and scale organically
