Fantastic advice thanks Andrew. One little tip with pop up button on landing page is to AVOID using automated popups or exit popups. The Facebook algorithm may shut down your account if you do, as it takes control away from the user. We also avoid or minimise the words "you", "your", "other" and "others" on both ad and landing page. We also avoid the normal WP template with header and footer menus that facilitate lead bleed. Whether it makes any difference, we add an escape to the home page, a link to privacy page and now the text "This website is not a part of Facebook or Facebook Inc. Additionally this site is NOT endorsed by Facebook in any way. FACEBOOK is a trademark of FACEBOOK Inc." Do you have a video on "Offline Events"?

They should see it under “requests” in their business manager

Absolutely not. No ads will make people buy from you. They will send you traffic. You need to be able to then convert that traffic to sales. You can improve the ads in certain ways that will help with conversion rates, but ads alone can never guarantee sales.
