Besides whiskey (I don't drink) I am into sours, but I think I prefer the Negronis to be Negronis. i made once without the syrup, I will give it a try. Lately I found that the gins produced by Waitrose and Sainsburys are really good and really affordable. My riff Negroni is with Select or Berto bitter & carob syrup. I have to try the Leopold aperitivo. Nice video.

Thank you, Christos. I had doubts about both recipes, and while my wife enjoyed the classic, I loved the white negroni sour. Same as you, I love my Negroni to be Negroni but turning it sour, it's a refreshing change for a summer day. I never tried Waitrose or Sainsbury's find. Maybe I need to get some and do a little taste review on the channel 😉

@@JSOS Sour can be tricky as the egg covers or smooths tastes and aromas. I love the bitterness of a Negroni. The gins that I am talking about is like if Beefeater and Tanquery had a baby, worth trying 100%. Looking firward for a future review. Keep up the food vibes. Thx
