to change earth in to a black hole you need to edit the density setting. but you will find out that chaging that setting alone wont affect the solar system. not even the moon. if you change the mass, it will have an effect. You basicly used the slow road by throwing in smal objects to increase the mass. but you never got ciritcal mass for a black hole since that kind of mass feeding (that can really happen when stars eat each other) would lead, in general, to a Type a Supanova, the most common one and very predicable.

7:00 Light Years are units of distance, not time... Also, you should learn how stars works, colliding Mercury with Earth is not gonna create star, stars are hydrogen-based, so you should throw planets with more hydrogen in order to turn Earth to a Gas Giant and than you can try creating a star from it, but that is still not gonna mean that you'll create a black hole. If you just wanted to create a black hole, you could have simply decreased the volume of earth while keeping the mass locked, thus increasing density, when Earth hits high enough density, it will turn to a black hole, your method of doing it in US2 is just bad, you haven't even achieved your main goal to create a black hole from earth...

You can turn anything into a black hole by shrinking it. It's called the Schwarzschild radius, and it's equation is R=(2GM)/c^2, where R is the Schwarzschild radius, G is the gravitational constant, M is the mass, and c is the speed of light. For the earth, it would need to shrink to the size of a plum.

Could you spawn a sphere of hydrogen the mass of Earth but compressed into a small radius the same as Earth in this game? Spawning objects of any composition and size you want would give more flexibility than already existing planets. It also would be much easier to create a super star since it would allow you to spawn hydrogen circles that have less mass than actual stars.

Ok people in the comments are going crazy so im going to answer all the questions in one. First all objects have what is called a shwartschild radius(i apolagise if i spelt that wrong) this is the radius in which the object will be dense enough to be a black hole. 2 black holes often form when large supermassive stars(like betleguse for example) die, when they do they go supernova. When the core compacts it forms a black hole if its a large supermassive star, and a nueron star if its a medium mass supermassive star. 3 when our star dies it will verry likely become a white dwarf, because its inital mass is not enough to cause a supernova and compact the core. If there are any other questions about this topic ask in the reply section THANK YOU
