This track has 96 db sound limit, good only for street cars. Beware before you register for any events!!!

Some track specific cars pass the noise regulations without issue at Palmer, however some do not. The past 2 weekends, 12 cars total were black-flagged for noise. most of high performance track cars simply used down-turn pipes (fitted onto exhaust tips).

+Craig Kennedy Black Flagging 12 cars is totally unacceptable. Owner Fred Ferguson has told NASA NE to drop sound level from 103 to 100 db for the NASA event Sept 25-26. Don't waste your time and money. Come to NJMP Thunderbolt Oct 16-17-18 and run with the BIG BOYS. In fairness to Fred, he has noise complaints with the Town of Ware. This is a WANNABE TRACK until Fred gets his sound problems fixed. Palmer is the East Coast version of Laguna Seca (86 db limit) what a joke!!

Yup, drive Watkins Glen, other tracks too, including Palmer which is awesome. Not a wannabe track, fun to drive, sounds like you haven't driven it
