I just found my 7th Virginia Turner doll. I love her designs and clothing. When I hold one of my VT dolls I feel like a kid again. So sad that time and the market has caused her to slow business down.

@@lisamiles6447 its usually by the dress/outfit, the face sculpt or you maybe able to find it written on the back of the head or neck. You could also just Google her doll designs i guess.

Rebecca Stratton thank you for replying. I found her in a thrift shop and the back of the neck has signature and 61/400 but no name. I’m doubtful her clothes are original unfortunately. She is just beautiful and my daughter adores her. Hoping to find out more info. 😊

@@lisamiles6447 so glad you found her name. Depending on how much of her value you wish to maintain you could try contacting Turner company to see if they could redress her or maybe a good seamstress could do a real outfit. Some lite play is OK but they are, i think, more of a quiet time doll, lol
